Olli
They/Them
I’m Ollivander or Olli (they/them), I am a functional fitness and movement coach. I am white, transgender, non-binary, neurodivergent, queer, thin, and able bodied. I have 4+ years of experience coaching functional fitness, movement practice, and strength training. I am passionate about helping folks connect to the strength that they already have. I like to approach strength as a product of trust. Learning to find trust in our bodies – and the strength that they hold – is where I do my best work. I am interested in helping others find a connection with their bodies through intentional movement. My experience is working with beginners, returning to movement, recovery and injury, anxiety and depression. All bodies are good bodies, and the beauty of vast difference that exists in our bodies deserves a space to be.
Working to recognize and unlearn the oppression that exists in our society and the fitness industry is a continued part of my movement practice. I am regularly engaged in continuing education in groups and one on one.
My intention as a coach is to support you in the ways that you need. I do not promote or coach dieting or other aesthetic based goals.

Anna
She/Her
Anna (she/her) is a joyful movement coach whose goal is to get you into your body and out of your head. She holds expertise functional fitness, agility training, and weightlifting, and has a particular passion for making movement accessible to bodies of all sizes. Outside of the gym, Anna is a photographer, pole dancer and instructor, and software engineer.
Annie
She/Her
Annie (she/her) has been a strength coach since 2019, and has been training with barbells herself for over 15 years. Outside of the gym, she is a theater artist, teacher, and parent of two young children. Her experiences as a director and teacher helped her realize her passion for coaching. Whether in the classroom, the rehearsal room, or the gym, she loves sharing her own expertise, helping others succeed, and cultivating strength, self-efficacy, and empowerment in a safe–yet challenging–environment.
Annie's core coaching belief is that everyone can be strong as hell, in their current body. She values authenticity, work ethic, and doing things that are scary. She also believes in meeting people where they are. Gyms can be extremely intimidating and potentially dangerous for some people–if you have been made to feel unsafe or unwelcome in the fitness world because of your race, gender, sexuality, age, ability, or size, know that you are exactly the kind of person she wants to work with!
Ally
They/Them
My name is Ally and I identify as queer, non-binary and femme. I have a background in competitive Irish step dancing, which led me to yoga 13+ years ago as a means of physical therapy and recovery. Yoga gave me a new way of relating to my body and furthered my pursuit of holistic healing. In 2017 I received my first 200 hour RYT with Anna Forrest. This yoga teacher training included a 20 hour Structural Anatomy training led by Ellen Heed. It completely restructured the foundation of my life and led me to further my study of Somatic Therapies. I completed my first Yoga Bodyworker’s Certificate in 2018 and the same year I completed a 6 month Life Coaching program. My trainings include: Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama breathwork, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral bodywork and Polyvagal Therapy, as well as Mindfulness meditation. Additionally, I am a Level 2 Certified Sound Healer. My approach to all of my healing work is to bring the mind into the body, release judgment over the self and become an active but objective observer of the emotions and experience. I seek to guide my students and clients to listen to today’s body and only do what part of the work they can do by respecting their own limits and leaning in to intuition.
